IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS:

  • We enjoyed great conditions during the first week of ski club and hope for an equally awesome week two on January 10th!
  • If anyone is missing any items please let Karen or Sean know. We can post lost and found items right here on the home page.
  • For week two on January 10, we will not be accepting guests as we anticipate full buses. We will continue to monitor seat availability and hope we can accommodate guests in the future.
  • Any club member that is not yet in possession of your pass must pick them up at Holiday Valley Customer Service.
  • If you are a bus member and missed the first week, please review the following:
  • Parents:  PLEASE do not pull up next to the buses. Doing so presents a safety risk. Pull into a parking spot while dropping off and picking up.
    • Club members must ride the same bus to and from the resort. Switching buses is not permitted.
    • Club members that ride the bus to Holiday Valley MUST return on the bus. The only exceptions are if parents contact Karen or Sean prior to leaving the Clarence parking lot to travel to Holiday Valley. Written (and verified) permission in advance is imperative to protect the safety and well being of all members. This rule is extremely important to follow and we take it seriously. The buses WILL NOT leave Holiday Valley without every member accounted for.
    • At Holiday Valley, we start loading the buses for our return at 8:30 PM. We expect all bus members to be on the bus and accounted for no later than 8:50 PM. Please encourage your child not to be the person that holds everyone else up from departing on time.
    • Parents:  During our return trip to Clarence, we encourage your children to contact you when we approach the Galleria Mall, so you can have the advance notice necessary to pick up your child in a timely manner. Estimated time of arrival is 10:30 PM.
    • Please take a photo of all equipment in case anything is lost /stolen. We will post lost and found items on this web site and pictures will be very helpful.
    • We encourage the use of a lock for skis and boards.
    • We maintain a chaperone table on the top floor of the main lodge, usually near the fireplace. Members are encouraged to check in with us with any issues that may arise. Parents: If you happen to be in Ellicottville, feel free to stop by and say hi!
