Non members may occasionally join us as a guest of a member.  The cost for bus transportation is $50 and the Saturday night pass is $39. Total cost is $89. To join us as a guest, please do the following:

• Call Karen Washbon at 716-308-0646 and have the guest name added to our list for the upcoming Saturday.

• If seats are available for guests, they will be given out in order of the guest list. It's first come - first served, so the sooner you call Karen, the better your odds of getting a seat.
• Payment for the bus will be handled in the parking lot at loading time. Karen will give you details during your phone call with her. 
• All guests must check in with the head chaperone on bus #1 when loading both at Clarence on the way to Holiday Valley, and also at Holiday Valley when loading to return home. Guests may ride a different bus, but must still check in with the chaperone on bus #1.
• When you arrive at Holiday Valley, guests must go into customer service with a club advisor / chaperone to purchase a pass at the special club rate.
• Lastly: guests that ride our bus to Holiday Valley MUST return to Clarence on the bus. Guests may not choose to "go home with a friend." Our buses WILL NOT leave the Holiday Valley parking lot without a guest on board. This is extremely important for the safety and security of all members and guests.
