TO JOIN ONLINE:
STEP 1 – - Review General Information & Pricing and complete the online waiver form for each club member. Parents: Please have your children present when completing the waiver so they understand and agree to follow all club rules. Your signature will be needed as an adult 18 or over. In addition, the child will initial. Note: Holiday Valley will mail passes only after completing waivers.

STEP 2 – Use the online Holiday Valley registration link to purchase passes via credit card.
User name: MWCLARENC (The E in clarence is missing on purpose)

STEP 3 – (OPTIONAL) Sign up and pay for bus transportation services.
Note: Yellow school buses will leave from the Clarence high school parking lot. Please read through the General Information and pricing page to gain a full understanding of bus transportation and times / schedules.
Bus seats are limited and will be issued in order of payment received. When the buses are full, we will start a waiting list. If / when we have enough members to pay for an additional bus, we will reach out and have you move forward with payment. If we do not get enough interest to fill additional buses, you may come as a guest and pay per trip (If seats are available). There will be no guests during our week one trip. Please refer to the GUEST PASS INFORMATION tab for further details.
Bus services are limited to middle school and high school students. Chaperones may bring a younger child with them. Bus services are not for college students and beyond.
To secure transportation, make a check payable to Clarence Holiday Valley Ski Club for $256 . PLEASE be sure to add the name of the bus member(s) on the memo line. It's also helpful to jot a quick note to include with your check with contact info should we have to contact you concerning transportation.

Signup days are for those who cannot register online for some reason. If you prefer paper registration instead of online registration, please attend one of the two following signup days:
Where: Clarence Library, 3 Town Place.
When: Saturday, October 10 from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM
When: Saturday, October 31 from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM

STEP 3 – Purchase your Holiday Valley passes by doing ONE of the following. Holiday Valley will mail your passes to you after completing both the Clarence Ski Club waiver and Holiday Valley’s waiver.

- Complete the Holiday Valley paper registration form at signups via credit card, cash or check made out to CLARENCE HOLIDAY VALLEY SKI CLUB. Be sure to write the child (participant) name on the memo line of the check.
