To Join in person at signup days:
STEP 1 – Attend one of the following signup days WITH YOUR CHILD PRESENT.
- Saturday, September 20, 12:30 AM – 3:30 PM – Clarence Public Library, 3 Town Place
- Saturday, Oct. 4, 10:00 A.M. – 1:30 P.M. - Clarence Public Library, 3 Town Place
STEP 2 - Review General Information & Pricing and complete the online waiver form for each club member. Parents: Please have your children present when completing the waiver so they understand and agree to follow all club rules. Your signature will be needed as an adult. In addition, the child will initial. Note: Holiday Valley will send your passes in the mail only after you sign the club’s waiver and the Holiday Valley waiver.

STEP 3 – Purchase your Holiday Valley passes by doing ONE of the following. Holiday Valley will mail your passes to you after completing both the Clarence Ski Club waiver and Holiday Valley’s waiver.
- Use the online Holiday Valley registration link to purchase passes via credit card.
User name: MWCLARENC (The E in clarence is missing on purpose)
Password: ski (all lower case)

- Complete the Holiday Valley paper registration form at signups via credit card, cash or check made out to CLARENCE HOLIDAY VALLEY SKI CLUB. Be sure to write the child (participant) name on the memo line of the check.
STEP 4 – OPTIONAL - Sign up and pay for bus transportation services. School buses will be used to provide round trip transportation and supervision from Clarence High School to Holiday Valley. The cost for transportation services is $315. Make a check payable to Clarence Holiday Valley Ski Club and be sure to include the child’s name(s) on the memo line. Mail the check to: Clarence Ski Club, 8459 Sheridan Drive, Williamsville NY 14221.
